My client is an established City Centre based Law Firm specialising in Personal Injury and Family Law, amongst other disciplines. They employ over 400 members of staff throughout 6 UK branches and are undergoing expansion in the Manchester area. As a result they now seek to appoint several experienced Paralegals for their Legal Assistance team to run their own caseload of RTA files.



Your roles & responsibilities will include:



• To work in the Credit Hire Litigation Department where your role will be to recoup outstanding hire charges from insurance companies using litigation

• Making outgoing calls to Credit Hire Companies, insurers and claimants.

• Write notice letters and letters before action

• Drafting legal documents

• Making and considering Part 36 Offers and responding to and drafting Part 18 requests.

• Open files using Visual files case management system.

• Produce Claim Forms, Particulars of Claims, Fast and Small Claims Track Directions, drafting Counterclaims, responses to Defences and Allocation Questionnaires.

• To litigate with insurers, individuals and solicitors.
