Self Employed Mortgage Advisor £60,000 - £90,000



A multi-tied practice with their Head Office based in Cheshire are seeking an experienced and money motivated Mortgage Sales Adviser.



This is an ideal opportunity for candidates who want the potential to earn commission by utilising leads provided, you will also be required to generate your own leads, taking advantage of dedicated administrative support and having full compliance backup.



Mortgage Sales Advisor Job Description



-Provide an independent mortgage advisory service to an existing client base

- Maximise personal business opportunities with new clients

- Search the market and find the most suitable mortgage product to meet the clients requirements

- Conduct professional client fact finds

- Assess the clients financial and mortgage needs

- Work with existing introducers and maintain the business relationships



Experience Required



- 1 – 30 years experience of working within a mortgage sales / mortgage advice environment, working with a range of lenders

-Full Cemap Qualified Level 1, Level 2 & Level 3



Salary & Benefits



- Candidates need to be highly motivated and have a strong desire to earn money as a Realistic OTE of £Year One – £60,000 - £90,000

- All compliance, training and insurances are provided by the Practice

- Along with support and encouragement as appropriate
